For this project, we were tasked with a comprehensive structural reconfiguration, beginning with the demolition of the existing garage to make way for a strategic home addition. By rebuilding the garage further up the driveway, we created the necessary footprint to seamlessly integrate a luxurious new first-floor primary suite into the home’s original floor plan. Beyond the living quarters, we optimized the home’s functionality by introducing a high-utility mudroom and laundry area, alongside a new half-bath designed specifically for guest convenience. This renovation successfully balanced private luxury with expanded entertainment capacity, resulting in a cohesive and modernized estate.
