Will Cline Construction work with my insurance company?

Absolutely! Being based in the Houston area, we are well versed in collaborating with your insurance providers to ensure all damages are taken care of. Whether a project is necessary from natural disaster or unforeseen damages, we are ready to help get your home back to its previous condition, or better!

Do you offer any warranty on work you complete?

Cline Construction warranty covers any defective materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of completion. The expense to repair or replace any defects from our work will be covered by Cline Construction.

Does Cline Construction provide clients with a way to track progress?

Cline Construction utilizes a project management platform called Buildertrend. Through this platform our clients have a unique client portal that allows them to view daily logs posted by our on-site crew, track the project schedule, view invoices, and make payments. There is also a function to direct message your Cline Construction team and email to keep everything in one place.

Does Cline Construction employ their laborers or are subcontractors hired?

Our long standing relationships with specialty trades and subcontractors allow us to provide nearly any service a client needs. Our internal team offers three levels of management in addition to our subcontractors to ensure every detail is handled efficiently and effectively.

Does Cline Construction offer financing?
